Overview

This website is operated by Deskloom, based in Belgrade, Serbia. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Deskloom. By visiting our store or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree not to use our products or this website for any unlawful purpose.

Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if the price or description was wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected for your country. Everything we sell is a digital download, so no shipping cost is added at any point. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We reserve the right to change prices and to correct pricing errors at any time before your order is confirmed.

Taxes

Nothing physical is shipped, so no customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling fees apply to any order, anywhere. Where sales tax or VAT is due on a digital sale, it is accounted for in the price you see at checkout.

Delivery Of Digital Content

Download access is sent by email after payment is confirmed and is also available through Account → Digital downloads. You are responsible for providing a working email address and for having a device able to open standard document and image files. Full detail is in our Delivery & Refunds page.

Refunds & Right Of Withdrawal

Digital downloads cannot be returned once accessed, so a change of mind is not refundable. We refund in full where a file is faulty, wrong, undelivered or double-charged — see our Refund Policy.

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For immediately supplied digital content, this right ends only when the consent and acknowledgement conditions required by applicable law have been met. Placing an order alone does not waive a statutory right. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights where a product is faulty or not as described.

Product Information & Printed Results

We describe every file accurately, including format, resolution and the frame ratios included. Preview images show the artwork, not a guarantee of a printed result: colours vary between screens, printers and papers, and your choice of print service, paper stock and scaling affects the final piece. Such variation is normal and is not a defect.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the artwork, text, images, logos and design — belongs to Deskloom or its licensors. Buying a file grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to print and use the artwork for personal purposes only, with no limit on the number of prints. Reselling, redistributing, sharing the file publicly, or any commercial use is prohibited, and we may withdraw access without refund where the licence is breached.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
