Refund Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Digital Products Only

Everything sold on Deskloom is a digital file that you download. Nothing is posted to you, so there is no parcel to send back and no return address. This page explains exactly when we do and do not refund.

Change Of Mind

Once a file has been delivered and accessed, it cannot be returned or un-downloaded. For that reason we do not refund digital purchases simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the design, or bought it by mistake.

Please look carefully at the preview images and the file details listed on the product page before you buy. If anything is unclear, ask us first — we would much rather answer a question than process a dispute.

When We Do Refund In Full

We refund you completely, no argument, in any of these cases:

  • The file is corrupted, will not open, or is not the format described
  • You received the wrong file, or a file that does not match the product page
  • You were charged twice for the same order
  • You never received a working download link and we could not deliver one

Email orders@deskloom.co within 14 days of purchase with your order number, the email used at checkout and a description of the issue. We will either send a corrected file or refund you in full — your choice. This request timeframe does not limit rights granted by applicable consumer law.

What Is Not A Fault

The following are not grounds for a refund, because they are outside our control or are described in advance on the product page:

  • Printed colours look slightly different from your screen. Screens are backlit and printers are not; some variation is normal
  • Your printer, paper choice or print shop produced a result you did not expect
  • You printed at the wrong size, or used “fit to page” instead of actual size
  • You do not have software able to open a standard PDF or image file

We will always help you troubleshoot any of the above. Ask us before you reprint.

EU And UK Right Of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once supply has begun with your agreement.

Where applicable law requires express consent and acknowledgement before immediate digital supply removes a withdrawal right, that right is lost only when those legal conditions are met. Simply placing an order does not by itself prove that you waived a legal right. If you have not downloaded the file and wish to cancel, contact us for a refund.

Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights where the product supplied is faulty or not as described.

Licence And Reselling

Your purchase includes a personal-use licence with no limit on how many times you print the file for yourself or as a gift. Reselling, redistributing, sharing the file publicly or using the artwork commercially is not permitted, and does not qualify for a refund if access is withdrawn for that reason.

Cancelling An Order

If you place an order and have not yet downloaded the file, contact us and we will cancel and refund it in full.

How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement. We tell you either way once a refund request has been reviewed.

Before You Open A Dispute

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first. Include your order number and describe the problem so we can investigate. Contacting us does not limit your right to seek help from your payment provider or use legal remedies.
