Who We Are

Deskloom is an online store operated from Belgrade, Serbia, selling digital downloads: printable wall art, a printable planner and a Notion workspace template. Nothing we sell is physically shipped. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from our store, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Information We Collect

• Order information: your name, billing country and address, email address and the items you buy. We need your email address to deliver your download link.
• Payment information: processed directly by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
• Account information: if you create an account, your name, email address, password (stored encrypted) and your download history.
• Device and usage information: pages viewed, referring site, browser type, device type and approximate location, collected only where you have accepted analytics cookies.
• Correspondence: messages you send us through our contact form or by email.

Why We Use It

• To process and confirm your order, deliver your download link, and handle refunds (necessary to perform our contract with you).
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To screen orders for fraud and to meet our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation and legitimate interest).
• To measure how our store is used and improve it (only with your consent to analytics cookies).
• To send marketing emails, only if you have explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties needed to run the store:

• Our payment provider, to take payment securely and process refunds.
• Our ecommerce and hosting platform, which stores order and account data and sends your download email on our behalf.
• Analytics providers, where you have consented.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to respond to a lawful request.

International Transfers

Because we sell internationally and use international service providers (payment and hosting), your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, and we share only the minimum data needed to complete your order.

How Long We Keep It

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as required by accounting and tax law. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
